Right side abdominal pain

I am 24 years old and have been a heavy drinker for years. I have had right side cramping pain that is constant around ribs into my back and when it gets worse by the end of the night it goes into my legs and shoulders for the last couple months. I have red spots accross my stomach also.  I now am suffering from bad diarreah that has blood in it. I have nausea, and extremly tired all the time.  Taking tylenol, does not help at all with the pain. Also, I get very sick eating anything greasy, and milk products.  I don't have any insurance so I can't just run to a doctor... any suggestions.

The other thing you can do is to stop drinking.  Anemia is not something you should take lightly.  If you are loosing blood in your stool, things can become dangerous pretty fast.  Not to scare you, but you can die from anemia.  I really recommend seeing a doctor.

My husband is away on work so no car right now. I just moved here so I don't know to many people that I can just call and drop my kids off.  Anemic... My doctor has said that for years. I have been taking muli-vitamins and sometimes have to take extra iron supplements when I am really down. Just worried about this pain on my side. Right under my rib cage it is really firm,(on the right side)                             Thank you for your post... just worried.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  You need to find a way to see a doctor.  Can you go to a county walk in clinic?  It sounds like you might be anemic which is dangerous.  Blood in the stool can also be very dangerous and it should be checked out by a doctor.  In the mean time the only thing you can do is to eliminate the food items that make you sick.
