severe stomach pain every am and pain in feet and legs

Why would someone wake up after a colonoscopy feeling like they are walking on rocks.? Litterally. I have narcotic bowel syndrome and weening off my meds.in hospital given a colonoscopy and ct nothing found. I also have been since diagnosed IBS more than 20 yrs ago, with hep c type 1 (believe i contracted it through home tattoo also 20 yrs ago,cryoglobunimia  (mixed)and SLE Migraines since childhood and often now. Any ideas. I suffer daily with my stomach.I have not yet started on the hep c treatment as I suffered what might have been a seizure. Currently taking  estradiol,metrocloprimide 3xdaily novo naratriptan for migraine desipramine,clonazepam,temazepam,morphine sulfate for pain as it is bad but the stomach hurts so bad when i try to completely stop i cant tolerate the cramping.I have had a complete hysterectomy in 03 along with 3 other ovarian cysts removed. What is going on?I have the rash on my legs from the cryoblob  but i have severe pain both my legs and trying to ween off the med completely is crazy. I was even given narloxone to help but it made the cramps so bad i had to take buscopan on a iv push just to settle the cramp. Any ideas i am so grateful for.  I am desperateI also have a ton of gas. please please ANY RESPONSE AT ALL.I know this is a mess but my stomach wakes me or something abruptly me in the middle of the night. I think it is because i need to pee ,often do several times a night. PLEASE?

Thanks for the welcome.I had the colonoscopy about a year ago. Before that my feet were so sore they kept me awake.My stomach went completely paralyzed due to this narcotic use that they had me ween off so slowly. In the beginning no bowel movements then I would wake up with the slightest noise and my IBS would kick in as usual only no bowel movement without a great deal of tears and crouching in the corner. This went on for months till i was down to one pill a day then by that time i was on metrocloprimide and it was helping and have been on it since. Due to chronic pain I am still on a long acting morphine and due for a ct scan as i was put on a new drug that contains narloxone but could not tolerate the stomach cramps. Narloxone is supposed to override the symptoms narcotics have on the bowel. This is compounded by SLE Hep C and Cryoglobunmia (makes blood clot) I am in a scary spot and wouldn't u know it a emotionally abusive relationship. I am so grateful for your responses. Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  People wake up from colonoscopies feeling strange and as long as this doesn't last, you don't need to worry about this.  As for the gas, I would recommend cutting out all lactose to see if this helps.
