I also had mine out 4 weeks ago and Calgal is right, its best to follow a low fat diet right now, stay away from grease and fattening foods, as well as if you have any dairy make sure its fat free, as well as skim milk, also a digestive enzyme might benefit you before you eat, helps break down the fat like the gallbladder used to do... I only need to take one if I am having a larger meal... try this, it has worked well for me?

Melback, many people have changes in bowel habits after gallbladder surgery. It can be due to changes in the way you process fats, or in some cases changes in the way bile is released into your small intestine. You may want to consider following a low fat diet to see if that is of help.
