Aloe Vera Water

Is it ok to drink Aloe Vera water?

I did a little research and yes, it can cause problems if you are pregnant or nursing.  Best to stay away from aloe if you are expecting or nursing a baby.

The problem is primarily the leaf itself as it contains latex and is a laxative.  That can be too harsh for you and baby and cause complications.

     Please take care of yourself - if you are diabetic, just stick to a good diet until you can safely take meds.

  I might give you loose stools.  But there are also benefits especially if you are Diabetic.
