Can anyone help me figure out these varying symptoms?

I'm a 45-year-old Caucasian male non-smoker/non-drinker (never did either).  Over the last few months, I have experienced a variety of symptoms that seem to come and go. They include a nearly immediate "full" feeling in my stomach after eating only a few bites of food (which lasted for about a while and has begun to recently subside somewhat), excessive belching, difficulty swallowing food after entering my mouth, slight pain in my abdomen, having infrequent bowel movements (which is unusual for me), numbness in my forehead and lips (that comes and goes), and a tight feeling in my neck.

This "wave" of symptoms aren't always present together but seemed to start at approximately the same time.  Any insight is appreciated.

Hello
You should go see a gastroenterologist.  Something might be happening inside your stomach, could be infection or gas.

That sounds a lot like symptoms of a condition that a friend of mine recently got diagnosed with called SMA Syndrome (Superior Mesenteric Artery). It's a pretty rare condition but can cause most if not all of the problems you're having. She also has another condition called Nutcracker Syndrome (Left Renal Vein Compression) that can occur as part of the SMA Syndrome as well. Not that you have it but a Vascular Surgeon might be a good doctor to go see at least to have it ruled out as it can potentially be a serious condition. It took doctors 20 years to figure out she had this condition so I just want to make you aware that it exists as almost no doctors seem to know anything about it.
