Cold Sweats

I sometimes wake up continuously throughout the night feeling cold(chills) and sweating so much my sheets feel wet.
Then in the morning I just feel chilly without the sweats! I also have restless feelings in my legs and headaches alot!
I do have an addiction to prescription meds,! The two I am into are Adderall and Loricet which are two totally different meds but I feel I need the Adderall for energy and the pain pills also give me energy but they are good for feeling good all over too and still being able to sleep really well... I just wonder If this is withdrawal symptoms because I went from about 8 to 10 loricets a day to nothing this last week and a half and have taken half of what I would take in Adderall recently. I do not mix them though, I just either do one or the other depending on the availabilty nd what I feel that day!
Please help, I don't feel ready to stop the pills, but I also don't want to depend on them either!

well I wont ask if you are menopausal so I believe it could be your Meds, go back to your Doctor and tell him maybe he can change them to something that has less side effects, and yes they can cause withdrawal, when you are ready, and I agree you have to be ready, wean very slowly ,ask the Docs advice, then get onto a good Mulitple Vitamin with antioxidants Vit B complex and Vit C and some fish oil, supplements have been shown to be very helpful. Good uck let us know how you are doing
