Dizziness, Off-balance, Inability to drive...HELP!!

I don't know if you can help me, but for several moths I have been experiencing dizziness, and off-balance feelings. I feel like I'm off all the time. I have felt normal in months. It has effected my driving. I can't dri on highways anymore, because as soon as I get up to speed I start to feel panicked , because I can no longer focus on the road. I almost got in a car accident because I was swerving, going 35 in a 65, because I couldn't focus. This is affecting everything in my life. I can no longer travel.
I have been to every doctor. ENT, Neurologist, Psychiatrist, no one is able to help me. All tests have come back normal, and I'm panicking. Because every time I talk about how I feel to a doctor, they make me feel like I'm crazy. I know what I am feeling, and I just want to feel normal again. I am a single mom of 2, and I can't even drive my kids anywhere. Please help

My first thought was MS, but if you've already seen a Neuro, then that's probably ot it.  My next thought was to ask if you've been tested for Lyme Disease.  What you describe is a common symptom of Lyme.  Have you had any other symptoms, such as ringing in your ears, light sensitivity, change in taste or hearing, sleep problems, tingling, sore muscles, sore joints, stiff neck, headaches?

I had the dizziness you describe, and I also had increased motion sickness when I was a passenger in a car.

Be warned...lots of people test negative on standard blood tests.  IGeneX is the best lab and Lyme Literate Medical Doctors know the disease well enough to make a clinical diagnosis, or, to exclude it for you.

Good luck!

Maybe it is a side effect of some medication your are on? I normally would say an Ear infection or vertigo. But since you saw an ENT then most likely not that.

Try the following it could take time to work. It won't be done in a day. If it doesn't help then see a Neurologist.

A few years back i felt the same way. I went to a ENT And they discovered I had fluid in my ears, But they put me on a low dose valume (Sp) And After about three months I was cured. Now I have reaccuring epsiodes and I have fluid built up in my ears. Once you have inner eara problems you most likely will have epsiodes from now on. I cant believe you ear nose and throat doctor cant help you. They did a balloon tst and it came back as inner ear maybe you can go back to the ent and req this test. I hope you fine relief soon.
