EMERGENCY- Back of head

I had my head slammed 3 nights ago the back of my head on a brick wall.(back middle to bottom) I felt woosy and almost blacked out.. when I almost fell, someone smacked my left cheek hard and woke me up where it was not black anymore but I felt woosy and my head hurt badly. on and off my head has been hurting sometimes really badly and I get woosy where I almost fall asleep. How worried should I be and what could be wrong?! I can't go to a doctor :( HELP PLEASE
while reading, typing or reviewing, my eyes skin it and I read it but I can't let things sink into my head anymore...only at certain times
I don't smoke, drink or do any types of drugs.. I took sleeping medicine last night and woke up today with a head ache on and off... while typing I feel like passing out.. not just sleepy.. I have been awake sine 7:30 am...Help please...seriously I can't get to a doctor or go to one..Thanks

You really do need to go to a doctor or hospital to find out just how bad the likely concussion you have is.  If you do not have a concussion then there is definitely something going on.  This is not something you need to wait to see a dr with.  You may have a bad concussion or you could have some swelling or bleeding in your head somewhere.  It can become very serious quickly so I would advise you to seek medical attention.

Ask someone to take you to the hospital.  Don't go on your own.

You need to go to the hospital Accident and Emergency urgently to get examined for concussion, xrayed to see if you have cracked scull and for any evidence of brain haemorrhage.

Having your head banged with such force is very serious and it appears that you have got symptoms of concussion.

It is important to get seen to immediately, so as to ensure there is no brain haemorrhage.  If your vision starts to get worse, this is a very situation to be in.

Please go to the hospital and checked out.
Best wishes.
