Is this normal ?

Is it normal to listen low sound in ear when everything silent around.  My ears r perfect but noticing this from childhood may be.

Yes. This is called tinnitus and most people have some degree of it. A lot of people hear a him or ringing sound. It is just your ears being so used to the noise around you in the day, it creates its own noise that you notice in the silence. It could also be due to wax buildup or ear damage if listening to loud music. All are very common and are not serious.
