To a doctor or anyone!!

I have been getting black outs, its like I stand up and cant see ANYTHING for a few seconds even though I am concise   then I feel light headed, fatigued and dizzy for a few minutes then I am fine.  I have had a history of hypo glycemia and my mom thinks that is what causes it! HELP I dont feel okay with his happening and she keeps putting a doctor visit off. Can any one help? Its been about 2 years and seems to be getting worse~

Yes it could be your blood sugar or low blood pressure. Since you have a history of low blood sugar I would suspect that is the culprit. I would see your doctor to get your blood sugar tested and blood pressure. Also, in the meantime try to eat a bit of protein (nuts/ whole grains etc.) more frequently througout the day or have small meals 6 times a day that include protein (plants proteins, whole grain, nuts or meat) it may stabilze your blood sugar. Best to get tested before doing this if you can.
