I ate a lot of packaged cantaloupe, am I going to be okay?!?!

Yesterday for dinner, I ate an entire package of cantaloupe and drank water. I ate a cookie with the cantaloupe. I assume that the combination and the abundance of cantaloupe is why I am now experiencing diarrhea and vomiting. I have thrown up quite a bit of cantaloupe. I have only experienced the diarrhea and vomiting once, but the day is still young and I am waiting to see if I do it again. Is this okay? Should I get a doctor? I am quite the hypochondriac and a google search is doing me no good.

Update: I have a runny nose, a pain in my stomach, and I am cold. Is it safe to assume that I am sick? Those in my family are also sick, but they haven't been experiencing the same symptoms.
