Mystery diagnosis delayed

three months ago i had a miscarriage and now, Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with a kidney infection (my third in two years). My right flank and abdomen was  tender to touch and even walking made me nauseated; my stomach muscles and side felt weak and shaky. The day after I began taking Cipro and Demerol for pain, I could not walk and my leg muscles were terribly sore, so I returned to the Doctor for help; they suggested not taking pain medication and continuing antibiotic as i have a long list of med allergies, My legs began to improve; however, during tests they also found a liver lesion small, however, the said lesion was not found on the ultrasound. It has been four days since I finished my Cipro, and while I am feeling much better, My pain in my right side remains constant and at times worse. It is also uncomfortable to lay on my right side, it hurts inside me. I am also feeling tired and nautious when I eat or don't eat and now my back starts to hurt if I set up or stand for more than a half an  hour, but I haven't done anything to strain my back. I alternate between a regular bowel and constipation and I feel much like a do when I am pregnant, but I know I am not due to hospital test findings. Should I just wait and see if I get better with time or check these continued yet milder symptoms out?
