Outer Forearm Developing Green Tint

Over the last few weeks, I noticed the skin on my our forearm was getting what looked like sun damage spots, and the other day I noticed there is a greenish tint to my arm, under the skin. I tried to get a photo. It isn't very good because the flash bleaches out the dark area, but you can see a little bit of it. I was just wondering if this is something I should see my doctor about.

I am 54 year old female and my only health problems that I know of are fibromyalgia and acid reflux. The only meds I take every day is Omeprazole.

Thank you

Hi, I would see a dermatologist. I am wondering if it could be related somehow to a copper over load, not sure. Yes, it is best to see a doctor for this.

Omeprazole I believe is an iron supplement if I'm not mistaken... the symptoms you are describing are from too much iron, you my also feel weak or tired as well, talk to your doctor but I think you my be getting too much iron.

Hi there, most certainly see a doctor-but don't be too worried as everyone's body chemistry is unique.  Be viligent with sun protection and perhaps wear long sleeves from now on.
