I have been having a similar thing happen to me but not as bad. It comes and goes and I get spaced out feeling like I'm staring.  I sometimes get stuck when I'm talking and cant remember where i was in the story and sometimes I cant remember what the story was I was telling.  I get dizzy sometimes when my head is down, like when I'm looking down.  I get headaches in certain spots for only about 2min then it goes away.  Also I have absolutely no energy sometimes and feel really sick. I've just recently had an MRI and it only showed that I have mucus like something coating my sinuses.  I haven't seen my doctor yet about the MRI because I have also had a chest MRI and one for my abdomen and the results for those aren't back yet.  I'll let you know what happens if I can figure out how to send something to you.  I'm new at this. My memory just started to get bad about 3 months ago after I had a 103 fever with sever pain in the lower right side of my back. It only lasted for 24 hrs. but my constant feeling of being ill hasn't really went away and my memory ***** now.

OK, So lets put this in rank order, line up in alphabetical order according
to height.  yoke aside!
do you really want to be at the computer, right now.
get yourself a Voice Recorder, such as olympus and record what you want to do and why.  Use a program that has spellcheck, it will get you to the right word.

Get a blood pressure monitor, measure regularly, and especially durring these conditions when they happen.
