I went through the samething you going through a few months ago. I would take an pregnancy test and if you still havent had your menstrual then I would diffently make an appointment with your obgyn. When you have taken antibiotics they do tell you usally to seek some other type of contraceptive for a few weeks.
After antibiotics they suggest using alternative contraception for a couple weeks 2 to 3 before relying on the pill. If you went one entire cycle, that should be fine. However, no form of birth control is 100% so even if the antibiotics weren't effecting the pill, it's still possible to get pregnant. If you usually start by now, take a pregnancy test with your first morning urine. If it's negative and your period still hasn't come by the end of next week perhaps you should make an appointment with your gyn just to be sure.
