Yes they are all right. I get this too but I don't know why yet. I'm thinking it is my diverticulosis and liver cyst causing it or maybe an ulcer as well. Diveriticulosis is a disease caused by holding your fecal matter in when you need to go to the bathroom, straining to force it out or also from a lack of fiber. In turn pockets form in your intestines and you have to watch what you eat. (can't have anything with seeds in it as the tiny particles that don't digest too easily can get stuck in the pockets causing an infection or worse yet an infection and a rupture which may cause septicemia. That could also be a possibility with you too. It's typically not fatal and more common then people usually realize it but can be if you eat the wrong foods, seems alot of people seem have this disease as well as liver cysts without knowing it just like me until they get a CT scan and it all shows up.  Best of luck. Hope I helped.

Yes I agree too that it can also be an ulcer due to H. pylori. If so you would need an upper GI or a gastroscopy to be able to find out. If positive for H. pylori you would need a series of antibiotics.

It could also be from h.pylori or campylobacter, which are bacterial infections in the stomach or small intestines.

Could be reflux or GERD.
