My boyfriend has a wound vac in place from a hernia surgery that got infected. I was wondering about having sex. Will it hurt him to be sexually active?

I've had a wound vac - it was on my stomach from a gall bladder surgery. Yes it will hurt him right now - the movement alone will hurt. I would wait til the vac is off and it will be fine. The open wound left after the vac is removed will need time to adjust to movement. so be gentle!
