...farts...

I have a horrible farting problem. It's so embarrassing because it smells and people always cover their noses and run, and I try to blame it on the heaters or the exhaust, but sometimes I wonder if people are catching on. My family members tease me about it all the time and sometimes it hurts when they do. I hate my farts, and I know everybody farts, but mine are a lot worse and I think it would present a problem when I start dating. I don't know if there is something I'm doing wrong, or if theres something I could do or eat to make it stop. Please help!!!!!!

Walking in the morning before meal and in the evening after last meal should help!

Since everyone else has covered the physical half of your question, I'll throw this in there. When you begin dating, if someone really likes you, and isn't just dating you to 'have someone,' they will accept your farts, no matter how stinky. Can you imagine a world where farts ended relationships? There'd be a lot of lonely dads in the world. (I've never met a dad who didn't fart loud and proud)

That said, like the others, I do encourage you to revamp your diet and see it that helps. Any of those solutions offered above sounds easy and worth a try. You could also get your family in on it. Try and get them to eat healthier too, since they give you such a hard time. If your toots are bad, I assume theirs can't exactly smell like roses. Families usually eat a lot of the same food.

I've heard excessive gas could be caused by intestinal bacteria overgrowth. A GI can test for this condition and treat it. Also, parasites and lactose intolerance can cause this. Have you asked your doctor about this problem?

Your farts smell because of your diet. Just watch what you eat and your problem should go away.

the previous posters comments about diet are accurate.  Eat less meat and more veggies.  Take beano and/or other gas reducing options.  And if all else fails, they actually sell underwear with activated carbon that absorbs the smell.  google it and order some if diet and medicine wont work for you

you should check on your eating habits and also add a digestion enhancing syrup or a tablet in your routine. Avoid eating beans and soya related products. Also, reduce spicy foods from your diet. Increase your water intake. Before sleeping every night, take a glass of milk with 2-3 spoons of sugar, which will help regulate your bowels. In the morning, drink 2 glasses of luke warm water and then pass your stool. I hope it will help you. Good Luck..!!
