Sounds like you could also be having some anxiety from quitting smoking also. That will pass. I would make sure your sugar wasn't high also. Make sure you don't eat too much as a replacement for smoking. Keep busy and stay away from smokers for now. Congratulations on quitting!!
ya i was thinkin check your sugar. if your not eating, you could be hypoglycemic.
May want to have your thyroid/blood sugar tested!
Make sure you're getting enough protein all day long and not too much sugar. Those sound like some of the symptoms I have when I haven't had enough protein, or even food in general. It's said that 5 small meals a day (all including some kind of protein to balance out the sugar/carbs) is better than 3 large meals a day. If the food turns out to be the issue, you may want to ask your doctor about the possibility of hypoglycemia or diabetes to make sure you have all your bases covered. Good luck!
Well done on quitting smoking :-) could the not smoking cause quick changes to your blood pressure?? Id think maybe you should get that checked out.
Also with being over weight maybe start light exercise to regulate your blood flow.
