yrnagel doeas have a point , hwbout focusing in his general health , our body needs our organs , try to at least get everything running smoothly and always stand by his side , show him you care and that would give him the willpower to push on and ask the big guy from up above

When the liver is not breaking down ammonia it can build up in the brain and have a toxic affect on brain cells. Forgetfulness, confusion, increased sedation, tremors, uncoordination and overall weakness are some symptoms. Have you visited the hep C forum? There is a wealth of knowledgable community members there. It is also a great source of support. I'm sending well wishes to you and your husband. Keep us posted.

i have known personally a few elderly people who fell for no reason. Their blood pressure dropped dramatically causing them to faint.  my mom fell in the nursing home and I told the RN about this and she had the doctor reduce some of her blood pressure meds for high blood pressure.  sometimes when a patient with high blood pressure loses weight, their blood pressure goes down.  i don't know if your husband has hypertension or not.
