i have known personally a few elderly people who fell for no reason. Their blood pressure dropped dramatically causing them to faint. my mom fell in the nursing home and I told the RN about this and she had the doctor reduce some of her blood pressure meds for high blood pressure. sometimes when a patient with high blood pressure loses weight, their blood pressure goes down. i don't know if your husband has hypertension or not.

Forgetfulness, confusion, increased sedation, tremors, uncoordination and overall weakness are some symptoms. Have you visited the hep C forum? There is a wealth of knowledgable community members there. It is also a great source of support. I'm sending well wishes to you and your husband. Keep us posted.
