Excerpt from best magnesium citrate - How to Fix Heart Palpitations or Irregular Heart Beat.

Magnesium deficiency is often misdiagnosed because it does not show up in blood tests. Only 1% of the body’s magnesium is stored in the blood.

I HATE the "gut bubble." Its irritating and bizarre. Like i need to get it out but no can do. This is actually from the anxiety though yes. It feels like there is one, cause there is one, though its much smaller than youd expect.

It seems to be caused by eating or drinking too fast. Anxiety and panic divert body resources from less vital places -- hands, feet, stomach, head, etc..in order to supply muscles needed for fighting and/or running. If you were to start a mad dash while being chased by a tiger, these symptoms would all suddenly become very very useful.

But yeah, thats all tied to anxiety. Anxiety's kinda a jerk like that. I have had these problem repeat endlsesly, for hours at a time, day after day for a year...Also I think my heart is going to stop, every day, for several hours, even though it never does.

Its terrifying I know but you will likely be okay. If you are worried, go to a doctor in January. They will do tests that can rule out major problems.

The headaches and all that are caused not by panic, but by strain. When you ahve anxiety, you put intense stress on your shoulders, chest and neck... AKA, the most sensitive and heavily blood vesseled parts of your body. They constrict during these attacks, and you wont even realise it. So when the pain comes it seems like a problem, when it was actually caused by your response to it.

Oh, here, this may help. I fond this ridiculously accurate list, of the most common panic symptoms. If this looks like basically a checklist to you, then its almost definetly anxiety. http://www.npadnews.com/anxiety-symptoms.asp
