I will look at those things on the web to find out more about the condition.
As you overdid it one day and then felt not well and tired the next day, it seems connected. Try not to do too much in one day and pace yourself.
I cannot do to much in one day. When I look after the grandchildren at the weekend, I am "zonked" for the next 2 days.
Best wishes
Sorry Jemma I meant Hyper mobile syndrome. You will have to look it up on the web as with LBBB. Nothing really bad I must admit. Doctors have looked into Diabetes and Anaemia etc. but nothing there nor with my thyroid so I am told. My blood shows I have good nutrition.
So the other day I had a slightly more busy day but it was very cold. I then had to put my head down at about 6pm. Missed my evening meal and awoke briefly at 9.30 pm for a glass of water. Slept until morning. The next day felt rather grim and slept in the afternoon. Again slept with no trouble all night. Today I feel normal again. It is baffling me.

What does hypo mobile mean?
What is LBBB?
As you are feeling tired and want to sleep, have you been checked out for anemia?
People with diabetes, tend to feel sleepy after certain foods.
As we get older, we do not have the same stamina as when we were younger.
For your migraines, keep a diary of what you eat and drink to find out the what is causing your migraine. Some trigger foods that can cause migraines are oranges, chocolate, red wine, cheese. You may find you have a reaction to something else.
Also stress and worry can bring on the symptomes of migraine as well as glaring at a computer for too long.
I will be 61 this year and also feel tired a lot, this is to do with the arthritis I have. Sometimes I have to lie down, other times I work through it or go for a walk in the fresh air. The problem with sleeping during the day is that it disrupts the sleep at night and then the next day is tiring.
Best wishes
May I ask how much you weigh? People who are not overweight are a lot less likely to have sleep apnea. Maybe next time when you go to your check-up, ask about sleeping disorders.
Have you ever had a sleep study done for sleep apnea? Do you snore at night? I'd go to the doctor and ask about sleep apnea.
The feelings of tiredness could be as a result of your hyper mobile syndrome, especially if your joints are hurting.
As you have LBBB and this is a heart condition, that could be what is causing you to feel tired. Have you had your heart checked out for any damage?
In my opinion, you definitely need to pace your self and not do too much and rush around in the day.
