I'd suggest that you give your body a rest. Keep a food diary that shows physical symptoms, too. Consume easy to digest foods (no dairy, fried, gassy foods or red meats). Stay clear to see if avoiding white foods helps (sugar, flours). Small meals throughout the day so that you aren't taxing your system. Do you take your Acid Reflux (GERD) med before eating in the am? It helps your digestive system prepare for the day's intake.
The biggie, never eat before bedtime or laying down! When asleep we want our bodies to regenerate and not spend that precious time digesting food. Besides the necessary uninterrupted sleep hours, daily exercise, {Preferably 20 min 3x/day} (small walks a couple times a day; a sport; etc) something to get your blood flowing correctly and body working as it should is vital. Exercise doesn't have to mean a gym, just move around, simple. Yes, even if in pain, exercise is the key.
Hello~I would try adding a good, high potency probiotic to put friendly bacteria in your system. Also, try drinking small amounts of Aloe Vera juice. You may have a form of GERD or even a hiatal hernia, also, a condition called Candida. This, too, can cause the issues you are having. Try cutting out all sugar, wheat and yeast products for a week and take the probiotics, see how you feel at the end of the week, if better, then you are on the right track.
