Test neg.. At 7-9 weeks

Hey guys well I tested  neg.. At 7-9 weeks my only ? Is I still have swollen lymp nodes that come and go in my neck also I feel one in my lower back also one in my stomach... Should I still be concerned..? I've also been sweating all day and stomach cramping... Plz help

Also if you feel confident about this keep in mind the dr at the er took blood and ran tests  what should my next step be ... The lymph nodes have me worried regardless of what it is
