Condom broke during sex with CSW. HIV risk?

A week or so ago, I was in San Francisco and had an encounter with a CSW of asian origin at what seemed to be an unlicensed brother (massage parlour type set up).
I was quite drunk but am always mindful of ensuring that I use protection. Naturally, the CSW was also qute diligent about this. During vaginal intercourse, I heard her gasp and looked down to see a broken condom. She looked like she genuinely thought this wasn't an ideal situation and put on another condom and continued. I understand that there obviously is a risk of HIV here but as every person who is panicking about an exposure, I thought I'd check with the experts/community what the odds of HIV are.
I think the actual intercourse with a broken condom would only have been between 2-10 seconds as she seemed quite aware and realised when the condom broke. Hopefully these 'establishments' in San Francisco despite being unregulated get their workers checked regularly. I have heard that even if the female is positive (hoping that its unlikely in this case), the chances of males contracting the virus are comparatively less.
Furthermore, a couple of days after the encounter, I felt a strange burning sensation in my lower abdomen and the urge to go to the bathroom several times a day. I got a urine test for Gonorrhoea and Chlamydia a week later. Doctor said its all clear so I imagine these symptoms were psychosomatic.
Basically, I know that the only thing I can do is wait the 3 months (will be an agonising quarter!) and get tested. My question is with the above circumstances in mind, realistically what are the chances of contracting HIV?
Thanks in advance

The chances of getting HIV from a single contact is very low but not zero, get tested with a 4th generation (p24+antibody) after 1 month and it will give you very accurate results.

A 4 gen / duo only has a 4 week window. 3 months is for all other tests.
So if you do the duo, there is no purpose doing another test. She probably wouldn't use condoms (because they cost money) if she was positive because she is likely only interested in her own protection from clients, so try to relax.
