• 22nd Feb exposure with a prostitute after a massage with baby oil. She puts for me condom I was drunk I only recall that I pulled seconds after ejaculating semen was she took the condom off I did not see the condom but I had semen all over my organ I went to wash with water and soup and left. ( I was really drunk it was my first ever encounter with a prostitute and the first time I used a condom)
• 27th of March noticed some pimples on my back stomach they lasted for week and went away.
• 1st of April I started getting gastric problems and started vomiting.
• I lost some weight maybe a couple of pounds I am not sure how much.
• 27th of April I started medication for my stomach bug.
• During this time a stared gaining little bit of weight again.
• 18th May I developed a furry tongue it went away without medication.
• 25th of May I developed a dry mouth
• I noticed some red bumps again on my forearm.
• Last night I noticed for the first time after the encounter that I have one swollen lymph node in the groin area.
• Throughout the past period of the encounter I never had a serious flu just sometimes I had sore throat but its normal in Dubai at this time of the year because on the air conditioning I went away with medication in two days I never had fever my temperature only reached 37.5 C once but I did not seem to be bothered with it I went to the doctor he told me its normal with the temperature being 45 C outside.

Can you  please help me in assessing my situation as I did not sleep last night after noticing the swollen lymph node in the groin area.
