could i be hiv positive?

I had a known HIV exposure. Me and the girl had vaginal and anal sex unprotected. I found out that the girl had HIV 11 months after me and her did what we did. I got tested 11 months after the intercourse they took two tubes of blood and I got the results in an hour or two it was negative. 1)s it possible that I'm positive even after a negative HIv test 11 months after exposure?
2)what kind of HIV test takes two tubes of blood?

There is no need for further testing. You are negative without doubt.

Even though I tested negative 11 months post exposure the doctor still wants me to test 3 6 9 12 months later.
Why is that is it because I could be positive?

You had a test 11 months past your exposure. An antibody test is fully conclusive at  3 months.
Unless you were exposed again within the last 11 months (unprotected sex with a new partner) then yes, let it go.

Am I in the clear already, or would you advice another test? I only had one test and it was 11 months after exposure and I wasn't given pep and the girl doesn't take meds. I had found out she had HIV to late.
