HIV risk assessment anxiety.

4 1/2 weeks ago I performed extensive oral on a massage girl and then rubbed the tip of my penis on her opening then briefly penetrated her for 2 thrusts unprotected then pulled out and ejaculated outside.
I am asking for a risk assesment as 2 weeks after this incident I got a bad rash on my chest with different size red bumps and half of them were like acne with white heads. This rash lasted for the last 2 weeks but is starting to clear up. I have pic of the rash if there is any way to send it.
All the anonymous labs in Toronto just do the INSTI rapid  test. I did one at 23 days which was clear and I plan on another at 30 days even though I am still in the window period.

Just did a 30 Day 3rd Gen INSTI test today.  Clear so far.

Such a pain to find an early test in the Toronto area. I called the biggest resource in Toronto. The "Hassle Free clinic" and the councillor said they wont give me an early test because im straight and that my risk was so low that they just said relax and take a 90 day test.
I wish there was a private clinic where I could pay for it.

To obtain a conclusive negative result an INSTI test requires 3 months post exposure.

Thank you teak.  The timing of it concerned me.
The status of the girl is unknown but I still want to continue testing. So with your opinion, with the INSTI test and my exposure lebel, how far out should I test ? Some have said that at 28Days it covers approx 95%. Sorry for all the questions but I really appreciate your advice.

That is not an ARS rash. Symptoms or lack of will not tell you anything about your HIV status, the only way to know your status is by testing.

Is the INSTI test a 4th generation test ? Its all that seems to be offered on my area. Do you have any opinions on the pic of my rash ?

Ignore HowardH incorrect replies. You had an exposure and will need to test. Depending on what generation test you take will regulated when you test. The 4th generation test may detect the HIV 1 virus 3 weeks earlier than a 3rd generation. The time line for detection of HIV 2 is the same as a regular HIV antibody test.

Hello Teak

I am not sure if you are referring to me but I am a totally new member. Sorry if my questions may be similar to others but I am genuinely concerned about my situation and would appreciate any expertise that you can offer in regards to my rash.

Thanks for the reply.
From asking around, I am not aware of the DUO being available in Toronto. They just seem to have the INSTI at the punlic clinics for rapid or the one where they send in to the lab and you have to wait 5 days.
So the rash will never show up without other symptoms ? I still cant find a definition of what the rash looks like. I was.concerned as it started exactly 2 weeks after and lasted for 2 weeks.

Very low risk.  Oral sex is safe, and such brief vaginal sex probably has almost no chance of HIV transmission.  HIV doesn't cause rash without other symptoms like sore throat and fever, and HIV rash doesn't look like acne.

Your negative INSTI test at 23 days probaby is around 75% reliable, and it will be around 95% conclusive at 30 days.  If you keep searching, maybe you can find a lab or clinic that will do a DUO test at 30 days, which would be virtually 100% conclusive.
