Freaking Out

Hi my name is nick and I have been freaking out for the past two weeks. it all started around Feb. when me and this guy i knew hooked up all we did was kiss and gave each other head, two weeks after that i started having discharge from my penis and around march I was tested positive for gonorrhea, I got the shot for gonorrhea and it cleared I also got tested for syphilis and claymidia. around April I started feeling a lil muscle aching and I called in and my results were negative for syphilis and claymdia but i still felt muscle aching. I then had sex with a guy but he gave me head and he was hiv free and std free and he wore a condom when i gave him head and he ****** me but after i still felt muscle aches and then i got a sore throat but that went away last week but I still still feel a lil muscles aches i've read the symptoms of hiv but i haven't have fevers i've only had muscle aches and sore throat do I have to have all symptoms to have hiv or not please help im freaking out and i plan on getting tested tomorrow plus my ex who i gave head to while we were together got tested but didn't have hiv please help!
