Hello everyone, need help

Any opinions, suggestions, help or advice for my sitiation is needed
2 months ago I had unprotected vag/anal/menstrual with someone i just met a few different times, about a month later i noticed my right groin lymph node was dark like a bruise under the skin with a little bit of rash right above it also a little rash on both my arms, a few days later i developed a dry cough that lasted a for few days, also during that time nausea and one night it made me realy dizzy, then i got white spots on the inside of my cheek with a red lesion and some red dots right next to them, then white patches developed inside my cheeks wich is leukoplakia and thrush on my tounge, I started losing weight and and getting realy weak and fatigued, i lost muscle in my legs and it was hard to walk, i started gettin abdominal pains for a while and my gums got swollen and the roof of my mouth was rough and sore also my lips hands and feet are very dry and cracked, iam starting to get little random red bumps on my skin and now i developed a staph infection on my scalp and in my tooth, all these sypmtoms are still here and are not healing.
If anyone can offer advice if this sounds familiar? if its seroconversion? is it full blown? what should i do?
any help is appriciated

sounds like the symptoms of a multitude of things...the exact reason hiv is not diagnosed through symptoms.

testing is the only way to know your status.

you can test now for a good indication of your status...but follow up at 3 months for a reliable and conclusive result.
