Is my result accurate, please please help???

Hi everyone, I have recently had an Antibody test in the UK at a NHS clinic at 13 weeks and 4 days after a possible exposure, the result was negative, however a advice line here in the UK advised me that my result isnt 100% relaible as a small number can take upto 6 months to have a conclusive/reliable result is this true?
I have been going crazy for the last 13 weeks and when I heard this it has made my anxiety alot worse, I was always under the impression that the NHS guidlines say 12 weeks is 100% conclusive. Your advice would be greatly received.

Many Thanks
A very worried person!!!
