Scared two events

Ill keep it sort. I have known this recently single girl for about 2 years. She has had one or two boyfriends. She doesn't always use a condom.  She is a health nut goes to gym 2 times a day everyday.  We have always had protected sex. Condoms.  Back around june after her preforming oral on me she got on top of me and we had unprotected sex for about a minute. The I pulled her off me and we put condom on.  Never any signs or any symptoms.   FAST FORWARD > Last Friday I met someone else. When the clothes came off her body was heavily scarred she just went through surgery to lose weight.  When I question her about status she says she gives blood 4 times a year because they call her do to the fact that she has rare blood.  That encounter was condom protected vaginal but heavy oral both ways.  Now today, about 5 days after that event and 60 days after first even I started to feel real tired, I have a low grade fever, and am somewhat disoriented and dizzy. once in a while I wake up at night and my neck is all sweaty. I last got tested in March 2013 All neg.  Do I have to worry ?
Thanks for all your help.

Unprotected vaginal sex is a risk, 3 months after exposure is when you can get a conclusive test. The recent even...protected sex and unprotected oral is not a risk.
