HIV first stage

Dear members,
I experience swollen Lyme node  then rashes on my skins for three weeks and then fever, headache. I had a possibility if exposing to HIV two times, one is last half year and one is last 48 days.
Can't be inferred that I am positive and on the ways to aids? Because my living style is very unhealthy. I am very scare to get tested now. If I am positive my life will totally be messed up, I can't work neither life this live.
I do appreciate your comment.
