Some symptoms after testing

Dear doc.
I have tested over the window period. The last test I have done was a fourth generation test at 92 days after exposure. The result was negative. However, recently I have some symptoms such as watery diarrhea and headache. May I consider them as a sigh of hiv infection and do I need test in the future? I do not have drug and cancel treatment  before.
Thank you guys, please give me some suggestions.

You just said you tested at 92 days post exposure. Your test result is conclusive.

HIV is not your problem, you've tested conclusively negative. See a doctor if you feel unwell.
