Which haematological abnomalities can be noted during early HIV infection?

Does early HIV infection possibly cause any hematological abnormalities?
Can this affect the levels of WBC, RBC, PLATELETS etc.

And how about CRP and ESR levels?

A newly infected person with HIV would most always have lab values that were within normal limits.  There's no consistent pattern.

The ONLY kind of blood test that will rule out (or diagnose) HIVB is an HIV test.

What was your exposure?  Have you tested?  Symptoms are NOT a way of diagnosing HIV.  Testing is the only way.
