Worried Sick

I had protected sex with a girl in october and thought I could rid myself of this fear by getting test, I got a negative test at 10 weeks, and I thought I was through with this. I decided to confirm this test and to really move on 22 weeks from the initial "exposure." and it came up negative. I really thought I was done. But then three and a half weeks ago I slept with a girl who was a virgin, and she got a lot of blood on me where I might have had cuts, I had a condom on though. I am worried that she might have been contaminated with hiv from oral sex and then transmitted it to me via blood. I say this because exactly 10 days after the encounter my tongue turned white, I could not go 20 seconds without coughing and my throat hurt, no fever though, then a few days after that my lymph nodes in my neck became enlarged. This last for 2  weeks very badly. I was still able to do my daily activities it was just that when i first woke up with the morning my throat killed. Three and a half weeks later everytime I wake up my tongue is a gross white and my throat is sort of sore, if you look at the first picture that is my tongue freshley scraped when i first woke up, when i spit what i scraped off it was a yellow mucus color that you would cough up. The second picture is after i drank some water and have a cough drop, noticed it dyed my tongue?

I just want to stop worrying about getting tested after every sexual encounter, but I just can not ignore these symptoms, should they be of a concern?

just woke up this morning and the left side of my throat is sore, only one side of my throat has been sore for awhile on and off, and i can feel it in my neck, it is some sort of swollen gland

If i did have a risk exposure would these symptoms be ars symptoms? I did go to a doctor  who just brushed me off and said " take ure allergy meds"

I know that  had no penetrative intercourse because i popped her cherry which caused all of the blood to spill, what I am worried about is this nasty white tongue that i've never had before, and the other symptoms that were ars like

if the "virgin" had not had penetrative intercourse...only oral sex...she was never at risk.

your worries have no basis, in both the cases you had protected sex, regardless of the status of virginity of your partner, you did not have any risk, move on. Forget about blood contact outside the body, nothing to worry about.
