all symptoms present.. please help.

ok.. first of all i should mention that i am VERY VERY extremely stressed and worried about this. i cant even explain the level of stress and constant depression i have over this. I slept with someone i hardly knew a few times without protection about 3 weeks ago.. something that i NEVER ever do. About a week ago, i got a huge rash around my shoulders, neck and chest that looks like a million little white heads. red and white pimples.. lots of them. I also have huge swollen glands mostly just under my armpits, that i have been checking way more then i should im sure. My armits are sore.. as are my upper arm muscles, my back and some other general muscle pain. I havent had any fever as of yet.. but I have had a mild sore and dry throat for a couple weeks. I also have had diarrea for about 3 days now. I know i have to wait for a test at the 6 week mark to start.. but any information i can get would be extremely helpfull right now. Does my rash sound like the typical ars rash? And does the ars rash always come with a fever? Is there generally always a fever with ars and would it be severe enough to notice or could it go unnoticed? I dont know if the person I slept with would be high risk or not. I know I cant rely on symptoms.. but do these sound like they go along with the typical ars symptoms? Please, any help is greatly appreciated.

And the nodes were swollen when I checked for them.. So they could become painfull because I've been checking them so much right? Would you always have multiple areas with swollen glands with ars or could it only be the armpits? Sorry for so Many questions.. :(
Thank you.. I know the only way to know is to wait and get checked. But I have no one to talk to.. And getting advice from people who know what they are talking about is a massive help. What does the ars rash look like? I also have two pink/re patches that are slightly raised and turn white when the skin around them is pulled.. One on my arm and one on my chest. Could this be an ars rash? Would it be small spots or would it spread? I know You can't diagnose with symptoms.. But I have read that they are more common then not.. Especially fever?
1. You aren't having an ARS rash.
2. Swollen nodes with ARS or HIV don't hurt
3. Fever with ARS is over 101 F and you would know if you had a fever.

Yes.. I know.. But I am beyond terrified. Was hopeing for a little more insight on my specific symptoms or risk.. And if what's going on with me sounds like the usual.. I am absolutely terrified.
It's better not to take somebody's words about his/her HIV status even if he/she's honest because he/she could have been infected after the test and passed it to you.
They could sound like symptoms, but as you know they can be misleading.
Getting tested now can give you a good preview of your HIV status, but getting checked at 3 months post exposure would give you a conclusive result by medical consensus.
