scientific studies--most people--99% will test positive by 6 weeks if they have contracted HIV.
May i plz ask u. How did u know 11 week wont change in 12 weeks?
12 weeks negative. Thanks god thank you all
Thank you for ur relaxing words please from ur experience what should i do? What kind of help should i get?
Yes, of course it can, happens all the time. Get some help for your anxiety. You do not have an HIV concern, please kindly move along now.
THANK YOU LIZZY
Do u think can anxiety cause aymptoms?
kindly move along...you do not have a hiv concern.
if you are having health concerns, see your dr...it's not hiv related.
i still have lots of on going symptoms. Pins and niddles?
It's not going to change in 7 days.
11 week ?? Not 12. Still ok?
I have 11 weeks duo test negative. Can i move on?
No test is conclusive, according to the official guidelines, until 3 months post exposure.
That being said, a negative duo at 4 weeks is reassuring. Repeat with a simple abtibody test at 3 months post exposure.
5 seconds is extremely brief. It would be highly unlikely for you to get infected as a result of that exposure.
hope...duo tests are not readily available in many parts of the US. If you've had a risk, an antibody test at 3 months will be conclusive. If you are looking to test earlier, due to anxiety, know that it is not necessary, but if you insist, you can take a standard antibody test at 6-8 weeks, which will be a very good indication of your final result.
where can I find duo test in US?
They don't use it in my area
A negative HIV Duo test result has a reliability of over 99.98% at 28 days and that is why it is considered final and fully conclusive without the need to have any further tests thereafter.
I test duo test at 4 weeks negative
but a very very low risk but you do need to test...
well an exposure is an exposure...
