No test is conclusive, according to the official guidelines, until 3 months post exposure.
That being said, a negative duo at 4 weeks is reassuring. Repeat with a simple abtibody test at 3 months post exposure.
5 seconds is extremely brief. It would be highly unlikely for you to get infected as a result of that exposure.
