take an antibody test at 3 months to get your conclusive result.
with a modern third generation hiv test which detects not only IgG but also IgM antibody. IgM is the first antibody produced by human body in response to antigen(hiv) that is not detected by first and second generation hiv test.therefore third generation ELISA has a shorter window period of 4-6weeks. after 6 weeks the test detects over 99%of infection. so a 10 week test is almost 100% but as per official guidelines a third generation test at or after 12 weeks would defininetly exclude infection. also the risk of hiv is 1 in 1000 per heterosexual act multiply this by your accuracy of 10 weeks test, it would be 1 in 1000000. so the odds are in your favour. good luck
so shud i conclude this or still hit the clinic for more tests?
you dont need a duo at this point...the antibody part of the test is all that is needed.
Is Duo test same as Determine Antibody 1/2 test?
......10 weeks....(results negative).....Determine !! (HIV 1/2 Antibody) Hope it doesnt change in coming weeks....
it's "possible"...but HIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHLY unlikely

You keep asking the same thing over and over and over again. As you were told your test is unlikely to change, but 3 months is conclusive.
Thanks teak

Not all people have ARS symptoms. Symptoms or lack of will not tell you anything about your HIV status.
When wud the sickness start??? if infected???
Your test is unlikely at all to change a duo test at 28 days is considered 99.8% correct. So i would not stress at all! Good luck :D
