Question about test results

Hello guys
I had a risk some weeks back so i decided to get tested, i read on the internet that i should do that around the 3 month area.
My anxiety was killing me so i got tested after 12 weeks and the result was negative
coi=0,084 (whatever that means)
i'm asking because some doctor in my city told me that i need i need to retest at 6 month
The test was antibody hiv 1+2
How reliable is this result and this test at the 12 week mark?

6 months testing is a very old standard. Current testing is conclusive at 3 months. You don't have HIV ;-)
