I agree with you that the only dumb question is an unasked one. You said that she 'hides' the facts; who is she hiding the facts from? The doctors? Her parents? It would probably be best for her to see a pediatric cardiologist and let him decide if this is something that has to be worried about. Any chance of her seeing a PC?
the emerg. people thought that the right lung was getting no air at all hence/ the albuterol
at the hosp the attending doctors said the drug should never have been given to her. 4 hours later the BP and heart rate were at the same level. all test were normal and the next week a specialist said he would watch her for a year and see. the reason for the
renewed concern is that, in a sewing class yesterday it happend again Mom came to school and took her to the doctor and again was told we will watch her. We are told by
most of the medical personell "yes we have seen this many times before, not to worry
and I don't say a thing, to the child,
BUT she hides the fact that she is tired and has to lay down and that at times her lips and her face tingles and.........I don't want to be saying one day I wish I had ask someone. I've raised many children and think the only dumb question is an un-asked one.
The first thing that comes to mind is she is a teen-ager and teens usually have hormones raging and panic easily. Her panicing will certainly raise her BP and pulse to those ranges. I'm not saying there wasn't a problem, there probably was. What did the University say?
