I have a very low bp sometimes 90/40's and p as low as 45.  I get is due to being on beta blockers.  I used to worry a lot about it, now I don't.  The doctor says that as long as I am not symptomatic... for example, dizzy or lightheadedness, or feeling weak or fatigued then don't worry about it. Since you are seeing doctors already for sleep apnea issues you can bring it up to them.  I am sure that they might say the same thing....If you are not having symptoms, don't worry.

That's no prob at all. I have baseline of 60ish and when I take atenolol it can get down to 38 an into the low 30's when sleeping. I'm 28 and the docs say that's not a problem. Do you get dizzy? If not, you are getting plenty of O2.
