I'm worried sick :/ genital herpes?

About 2 weeks ago I have an encounter with a female with a unknown status, she performed oral on me and I was protected,  then we had intercourse protected. Its been 15 days and I have a cold sore on my lip, can this be a symptom of genital herpes or did all this stress cause my cold sore to appear? I wouldn't doubt that I have hsv 1 cause I get cold sores on my lips before ever since I was little.

Looking at the facts of your situation, HSV2 on your lip would be highly implausible seeing as you did not perform oral sex on her. But, when in doubt, to ease your mind, get to the doc.

I don't know and it would be unfair of me to guess. Yes, you could get the HSV2 form of the virus if you had an open sore on your face or lip and engaged in oral sex with an HSV2 woman. If you do have an open sore / outbreak and you think something's wrong, go to a local clinic or doctor asap. and ask them to have it swabbed for HSV. The swab needs to occur when the sore is still wet.
