Just to clarify, these 10 measurements were consecutive. In other words, just after taking and recording each measurement, I took the next measurement and recorded it.
How would you tell which is "best" when the highest indicates borderline diastolic prehypertension and the lowest indicates borderline systolic hypotension?
Taking 10 in a row is generally not advised. I can't tell which is best, sorry honey. All the readings are normal.
