hi, i have a slight problem on my penis. there is some sort of boil or blister or a lump which has come up towards the below part of the penis next to the scrotum sac, but its on the penis,basically where they connect.. This has never been there before, but now it has been there sice the past 10 days.. i tried to squeez it and a liitle puss and blood had come out. But the lump has still not gone. it is still there.. The size of the lump is also just the same as it was before.. is it something to be worried about?? why did this happen and is there any medicine or ointment which should or can be put??
