Gilbert's Syndrome and eyes symptoms?

Hi:
Since 2004 I have been suffering from a "strange" sensation of pressure and tiredness on my eyes. I am a male, 41 years old. I hav been checked for a variety of conditions. Ophtalmologists, ENT, brain CAT, X rays, EEG, blood tests. All was clear with exception of a little rise on unconjugated bilirrubin. My Dr told me that this is caused by Gilbert's Syndrome, because all other liver tests are fine and that this is benign.
My main problem is this bothering sensation on my eyes. this caused me severe depression and anxiety. I have been treated for these two mental illness with antidepressants and anti anxiety meds, but the problem continue. At this moment I am not taking any psych med, I beleive that they were causing more problems on my liver.
It is possible that my Gilbert condition has any relation to my eyes problem?
Please help! I am very depressed because of this

Thanks

Thanks for your input mike.
I am right now taking just Saint John's wort and Omega 3 oil for my depression. I am going to search some interactions or side effects

Gilbert's Disease is not strictly speaking a "liver disease". It is, as you said, a benign disease. It can affect, however, the way some drugs are metabolized - treatment with irinotecan (cancer drug) can result in neutropenia and diarrhea in people with Gilbert's. I don't know what drugs you were taking but you might Google them and see if there are any adverse side effects or contraindications associated with their use which could possibly shed some light on your problems.
