Hemochromatosis or another storage disease or what?

Hello

I am a 23 year old woman, about 5.4 ft,115 lbs,no diabetes or other diagnosed health issues, but I know that I have kind of a disease because it started all suddenly and after it some other issues followed.

-symptoms:

nausea,panic attacks,tachycardia,brain fogs,mental changes,episodically sudden obsessive thoughts,muscle twitches (eye and arm),absent-like feelings,troubles concentrating,sometimes bad migraine attacks,insomnia,disorders of perception and seeing,muscle weakness,obstipation,shortness of breath

combinations of these sx are always a bit different and they are luckily not always present, sometimes for some weeks and sometimes short but then worse (for hours to days).

sometimes but not very often there is a moderate but annerving pain on pelvic bone area or a slight pressure pain in liver/splenic area lasting for two weeks or even longer.

Liver and kidney tests have always been in normal ranges.

The other strange thing is that my symptoms seem to have some relation to eating and blood sugar,it gets better when eating sugar drops and more foods than normally, even the pelvic thing which feels bit like rheumatic disease.
More rarely it has also been so bad that I had to lie around and eat the whole day long to don`t faint and to get nausea, weakness and tachycardia better.
I often thought of going to hospital in such situations...

wondering my tests with thyroid and blood sugar were also always normal.... (?)

some time ago I put myself into hospital  because i had a very bad situation which felt like a combination altered consciousness, bad cardiac problems and confusion.
I thought that my heart or something in my metabolism ran out of control and had been in hospital for a day,but no diagnosis.

then some time later I also started getting skin problems in summer when sunbathing (but not everytime i do this ?) and bit dry and itching skin also in winter.

in spring it starts with itching, burning and stinging hives which look like normal allergies, feel like sunburn and are luckily not on the whole body.
the rash comes few hours after sun exposure, stays there for some hours to one day and then disappears again.

when my skin gets used to sun the rashes get more and more rare but instead then in summer I sometimes get some kind of  burning wounds or a small vesicle with burning wound under it, primary on dorsal feet, when I have been out in the sun.
They heal over weeks, some of them with scars.
But very often also nothing happens when I am out in the sun and curiously I get brown easily and not more sunburns than others.
noticed also some brownish pigment changes.

I also got kind of contact urticaria to intense rubbing (sensitive skin) and since childhood I often had bleeding skin under fingernails (in summer and when playing/working) but I didn`t pay so much attention to it before the other skin probs started.

I have heard that this skin problems with burning wounds often occur in a disorder called hemochromatosis, also the pelvic pains and easily tanning skin in summer, but paleness in winter (like in my case)

but I also think a bit of copper overload because I have been " mentally different" since I have been a child, that means I have had concentration problems, adhd and mild aspergers symptoms, derealisation, mood changes and nervousness.

My parents are both okey so I think of a recessive disorder like that or maybe another storage disorder like Wilsons or so (??)

Your case sounds very complex. Maybe you should also post in one of the ask the experts forums.

Good luck.

So I forgot to mention...

if I really would have one of the both diseases then I could only be in the first stage of them because I don`t have elevated liver enzymes...
