Please help!

I recently had blood tests that showed slightly elevated liver enzymes, but all other liver tests were normal. I have been a daily drinker of wine for several years, 4-5 glasses per night with meals. Since the elevated enzymes I have stopped all alcohol consumption. I also began taking 2000 mg of milk thistle and a high powered mutiple B vitamin per day. However, today I had two light tan bowel movements which has never happened before. I am now scared that this could indicate liver problems beyond elevated enzymes. I had an unltrasound of the abdomen which showed a fatty liver but I am obese(am trying to lose weight). Hep tests were all normal, too. Will my not drinking alcohol again make things OK?
