bumps around rim of penis

So today I was in class and my boxers were really irritating me. I came home and saw a couple of small bumps on my penis. I don't recall seeing them there before. I have had unprotected sex in the past but with someone I've always had sex with. I'm waiting it out to see if it goes away if it doesn't I'm definitely getting tested but my question is could this happen just cause of the irritation from my boxers or something else like that?

Of course it depends on who else your sex partner is having unprotected sex with. If that's happening, you're having unprotected sex with that person as well. In class - so high school or college age? Maybe zits? Try holding a warm, wet washcloth on the affected areas a couple of times a day to see if that helps. Also, cotton briefs for a spell would not hurt to see if that makes a difference.
